While it may sound simple, putting this idea into practice is truly important. The world is constantly evolving. By accurately recognizing these changes and making them our own, we truly embrace change.

Our parent company, KOBO, was founded in 1979 in Hokkaido, Japan. In 1992, it expanded across the Tsugaru Strait to establish a presence in Tokyo (now located in Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture), steadily growing its business operations.
Today, our activities span across Japan – from the Sea of Okhotsk to the Pacific Ocean, the Sea of Japan, the Seto Inland Sea, and the East China Sea – supported by strong relationships with customers nationwide.
In 2019, we expanded beyond the East China Sea and the East Sea to establish our development hub in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Here, Japanese and Vietnamese engineers work as one, creating strong synergy. This collaboration enables us to stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving IT industry, delivering cutting – edge solutions for public transportation, including bus and railway operators who keep society moving.
